🚀 Getting started

MySecretary: Voice to action turns voice, text, and photo notes into action with AI. Capture a thought, then run an AI action on it — summarize it, pull out the to-dos, draft an email, or add it to your calendar.

Create a free account with your email the first time you open the app. Your 7-day free trial of MySecretary Pro starts automatically so you can try every AI feature.

🎙️ Capturing notes

Tap the ● microphone button in the center of the tab bar to record a voice note — it's transcribed automatically. You can also:

Type a text note instead of speaking.
Snap or attach a photo (great for receipts, whiteboards, and business cards — see Scanning photos).
Organize notes into Folders, pin the important ones, and search everything from the Home tab.

✨ AI actions

Open any note and tap an action in the AI bar. Each one runs on the note's contents:

Clean Up — fixes grammar and clarity while keeping your voice.
Summarize — a tight summary of a long note.
To-Do — pulls out action items as a checklist.
Email Draft — turns the note into a ready-to-send email with a subject line.
Outline — restructures the note into a clean outline.
Calendar — finds the event details and adds them to your calendar (see below).
Organise — suggests the best folder for the note.

Your AI history is saved in the AI tab so you can revisit past results.

📅 Calendar setup

The Calendar AI action can add events to Apple, Google, or Outlook calendars. Pick your calendar in Settings → Calendar Provider, then connect it:

Apple Calendar

No sign-in needed — just choose Apple Calendar and allow calendar access when prompted.

Outlook / Microsoft 365

Choose Outlook, tap Sign in with Microsoft, and sign in with your Microsoft account — there's nothing to set up. Events are then added to your Outlook calendar.

Microsoft may mention that the publisher isn't verified yet. Our verification with Microsoft is in progress; the connection only ever requests calendar access.

Google Calendar

Choose Google and tap Sign in with Google. Connecting Google requires a one-time setup of a Google OAuth Client ID in Google Cloud Console (Calendar API enabled), pasted into the Google section in Settings.

Not sure which to use? Apple Calendar is the quickest — it works with no sign-in.

📸 Scanning photos

Attach a photo to a note, then run the scan to pull the text out of it — receipts, printed pages, business cards, whiteboards. The extracted text becomes part of the note, ready for any AI action.

🗣️ Siri & the widget

Start a note hands-free: use the New Voice Note and New Text Note app shortcuts (long-press the app icon, or add them to Siri / the Shortcuts app). Add the MySecretary widget to your Home Screen for one-tap capture.

MySecretary Pro unlocks unlimited AI — summaries, tasks, calendar, email drafts, and photo scans. It's $9.99/month with a 7-day free trial.

Your trial starts when you create your account; you won't be charged until it ends.
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription, or in the App Store: your name → Subscriptions.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Restore a previous purchase with Restore Purchases in Settings.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged on confirmation; it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

🔑 Account & password

Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Password?, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link.
Delete your account: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and its server-side data.

🔒 Data & privacy

Your notes are stored on your device and synced privately via iCloud. AI features send your note text to our secure processing service to generate results. We don't sell your data or use it to track you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy & Terms.
