I didn’t build MySecretary from a quiet office or a startup incubator.
I built it while managing some of the busiest nightlife and restaurant environments in Los Angeles — working 10 to 12 hour shifts, moving nonstop, solving problems in real time, managing staff, handling guests, making connections, and constantly thinking three steps ahead.
Like most operators, I lived inside organized chaos.
And every day, ideas were getting lost.
Important contacts. Business opportunities. Follow-ups. Creative concepts. Tasks I needed to circle back to. I would either be too busy to write them down, or I’d throw them into a notes app that quickly became impossible to organize.
The problem wasn’t a lack of effort.
The problem was friction.
Most productivity apps were built for people sitting at desks with time to slow down. But operators, founders, managers, creators, and entrepreneurs don’t work that way. We move fast. We think fast. And when your workflow can’t keep up with your mind, opportunities disappear.
After losing countless ideas and realizing no app truly solved the problem, I decided to build the system I wished existed.
That became MySecretary.

What started as a personal solution became something much bigger:
